Invitation: Do not: - plan what to eat or what diet to follow - plan to fast or mealtimes - plan at what time to sleep and wake up - plan gym time - do supplements, protocols, retreats, routines Just totally let go and just do 1 thing: really listen to your body....and act on it Feel like sleeping, sleep, feel like eating, eat (whatever you feel like), feel like working out, work out, want to have a drink, go ahead, feel like dancing, dance, feel like screaming, scream, feel like working, work, etc. Keep this ¨letting go of control¨ up for a few days. Of course it does not mean ¨going out of control¨, it means letting go of the rational/organising/noisy mind for a while and really listening to your body and being.
