How do I deposit OKT Chain assets from Web3 Wallet to Exchange?

According to the OKT Chain operations team, OKT Chain is expected to cease operations soon. Once this happens, assets on the chain will no longer be tradable.

To avoid any potential loss, we strongly recommend depositing your assets as soon as possible to a centralized exchange that supports OKT Chain.

How do I withdraw my assets?

Note: this tool is only supported on desktop browsers. You’ll need to install the OKX browser extension wallet before proceeding.

Once the extension is installed, follow these steps:

1. Open the withdrawal tool and select Connect Wallet in the top menu

   

   Select Connect wallet from the Web3 site

2. Click Connect in the pop-up window. The extension wallet will open automatically

   

   Kickstart your Web3 journey by connecting your wallet

3. In the extension wallet, select Connect to authorize the connection

   

   Authorize the connection process

4. After your wallet is connected, the tool will display your available assets and balances. Next, prepare a deposit address from a supported exchange:
   Using OKX as an example:

   1. Go to the OKX homepage and select On-chain Deposit

   2. Search for the crypto that you want to deposit

      

      Select your preferred asset

   3. Select the OKT Chain network

      

      OKT Chain should be selected as the network

   4. Copy the deposit address

      

      Obtain the deposit address

5. Return to the withdrawal tool, select the token, paste the exchange deposit address into the input field on the right, then select Send Assets to complete the transfer

   

   Send your asset after confirming with the correct exchange deposit address
   Note: always deposit OKT cryptos last to avoid running out of gas fees when transferring other tokens.

What should I do if I don’t have gas fees?

Please reach out to customer support via OK Assistant. The team will apply to distribute a small amount of OKT tokens to cover your gas fees.

What if the OKX exchange doesn’t show the OKTC chain?

Some regions may not support the OKTC network directly. In this case, you can use any EVM-compatible address (such as an ERC20 deposit address). After the deposit is completed, the exchange will handle the token conversion for you.

OKX exchange no longer supports OKT tokens. What should I do with my coins?

OKX will automatically convert OKT to OKB on a weekly basis.

• 1 OKT ≈ 0.10476 OKB

Why can’t I see my balance when withdrawing stOKT or wOKT to the exchange?

Support for these tokens is still being finalized. Any deposited stOKT or wOKT will be automatically converted to OKB on a weekly basis. Please monitor your OKB balance.Reference conversion rates:
