Update: To get highest quality Liquidation Level Broadcast make sure to set maximum resolution on the X Broadcast window as follows. Click the little gear (preferences) at the bottom of the broadcast window and set Video quality it to your maximum - 2032p is the max. The broadcast will be much clearer.
