Honestly, disengaging your brain from trading/investments after years of being plugged in nearly every day is the fucking hardest part of capital preservation, was the same in 2018 (but much easier as i was completely blown out...til LINK pulled me back in in Q4), 2022 was hard as things didn't just die, and this time it'll be somewhere in between.
