The north star. Last week we had our quarterly onsite, with all of leadership on-location (including lead artists) The subject with the most gravitas was community ownership. But not like you've seen it done before. It goes well beyond, and it's the culmination of brilliant minds in and out of the space. It answers why web3. We've tip-toed around the subject because there was no point until we have focus, clarity, and alignment on where this all goes. Not for lack of want. But because something at that scale needs to be extremely calculated. We've rarely followed metas. We've defined many. Look at the brand we've built, actually against odds. zoom out. Ownership in a brand that actually has real legs and a shot at becoming one of the major franchises of tomorrow. That needed to be earned. Otherwise, it's got no gravity. We're here today because the NFT space has given us that privilege. And enabled us to grow into something entertainment execs, studios and the animation sector whisper about. We know that's because you gave us wings, and space to cook. Origination, pioneering of that scale requires calculated crazy. Industry-shaking moves don't happen by following metas. And they don't happen without understanding your identity. That takes time, and experience in the blue ocean. We're so close to solving the real web3 riddle. Super-fan ownership of a brand that has proven it can transcend noise. That's what will cause a real ripple effect. It will define Claynos. Here and beyond.

This is my Monday morning weekly recap email from our social data tracking service. This is one week. 🌋

My first time visiting the Clayno HQ in Montréal was unreal. After being online for so long, I was finally able to finally witness the team in action. What I learned: • The team doesn’t sleep. 99.99% of conversations are about Claynos; even when they’re on a break, the team is still conversing about what to focus on next. • We are positioned very nicely. Between Gameloft, Mediawan, Achievement System + Staking, David + Bart joining, and more [REDACTED] initiatives, we’re slowly building an empire. • @davidzhorvath is a one-man unit. His unwavering bullishness for Claynos has taken us to a new level. As he says, “Huge. 🦕” • @jervibore and the rest of the artists are absolute content machines. They move super fast, and when Cab says that they’re sitting on countless pages of art, it’s no joke. Jaw-dropping levels. • @AndrewAsksHow + @Drewfromweb3 are the ultimate combo. The amount of footage captured this week was incredible. Can’t wait for the documentary + podcast to come out! • The synergy between the execs is unmatched. They’re all big-brains and they feed off each other’s ideas and energy. Sometimes they wouldn’t come out of the conference room for hours, locked in is an understatement. • Every single person that walks in that office does this for the love of the game. You could feel that vibe every day. There is absolutely NOTHING like being in the room with like-minded people. The purpose, the vision, the story WILL come to life with the right folks around you.
